What I do
I think differently. I approach life differently. I look at challenges like a prism where there are multiple possible solutions, but only one solution is right for you.
As an herbalist, I look at the whole person, then work to uncover the underlying reason for the imbalance. I love to teach and offer frequent workshops at my wellness center in New Hampshire.
As a psychic medium who was born with the special gifts of clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, I use tarot as a tool to help you understand the undercurrent of your situation, while offering guidance and a path forward.
As a Shaman, I help clients restore balance to their body and their life through energy work and Munay-Ki shamanic training.
As a marketing strategist, I use my 25 years of experience to help small businesses build their brand identity and understand the basics of marketing strategy through my Be Your Brand Marketing Intensive. Through this program, I get to the root of your creative passion, who you are in your authentic state, and help develop a strategy that will make your business shine.
In short, I am a life coach. I will help you break through the blockages that are holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Life Coach.
Most people shy away from opening up and speaking their truth. I see it as a way to share knowledge with others who love to learn. I am a motivational speaker and life coach, and I love connecting with people who are ready to begin a new journey. It’s much easier to take the first step when you have another who has walked the path before you. And trust me, I’ve seen a lot! Good, bad, ugly and special moments of bliss. I tell people that I self-sabotaged myself into a better life, a more authentic life, because it’s absolutely true. Not all devastation is a loss. Sometimes it’s a beautiful new beginning.

I love making medicine.
It’s my therapy. My release. My escape. And my art. I make custom blends, but I mostly experiment with various concoctions for friends and family. I have a tea shop where I sell my custom tea blends in bulk. It’s a work in progress, but aren’t we all? I also love teaching herbal workshops. My Intuitive Tea Blending and Build Your Own Apothecary workshops are especially popular because they are specially designed to help us connect with the plants more closely using all six (yes six!) of our senses. Plus, they are a lot of fun!
